To participate in the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy course, you need to be PADI (Junior) Open Water certified and at least 10 years old.
It is important that you are physically fit, comfortable in water that is too deep to stand in, capable of treading water for 10 minutes, and able to swim 200 meters of any style.
