Sunset House has something that most Grand Cayman dive operators can only dream of — our very own house reef for world-class shore diving.
As part of our dive packages, shore diving is complimentary on 2-tank boat diving days.
When you return from the morning 2-tank boat trip, enjoy lunch (alcohol-free, of course) before jumping back into the Caribbean waters.
With dawn, afternoon, and night dives, the choice is yours.
Our experienced dive team will brief you on the house reef, pointing out all the highlights such as the mermaid and the wreck of the Nicholson.
You can also visit our coral nursery and learn about the importance of coral reef restoration.

And for even more dive vacation inspiration, consider diving the Kittiwake Wreck in Grand Cayman!
Once you’re in the water, you will immediately see why it’s loved by locals and visitors alike. The ocean surrounding Grand Cayman is 80 degrees year-round.
The sea is only 20 yards from the pool and bar, so you can move from one to the other in only a few giant strides!
Our ocean-fed sea pool is the ideal place to carry out a buoyancy and equipment check.
We have resident turtles, eels, and nurse sharks. We’ve even spotted eagle rays on occasion.
You can rent tanks at the Sunset Divers dive shop and explore the house reef in your buddy groups.
Or, for a small additional charge, you can have a guide show you around our beautiful reef.
