Sunset House Grand Cayman has two main different room types to choose from — Courtyard Rooms and Ocean View Rooms. You can stay in our hotel rooms even if you don’t intend to do any diving, but guests get the most out of Sunset House when they combine the two with our Grand Cayman Dive & Stay Packages!

In high season (mid-December to mid-April), we have a 5-night minimum stay.
In low season (mid-April to mid-December), we have a 3-night minimum stay.
Children 10 years and under stay for free in a room with two paying adults (Adults are 10+ years). The maximum occupancy in each room is four including any children. If your party is over four people, then please add another room to your booking.
Children 10 years and under will only be charged for daily made-to-order breakfast and round-trip airport transfers as part of our Stay & Dive Packages. For a 7-night stay at our Grand Cayman dive resort, this would be $231.25 per child.

Please note, as we only have two Ocean View Suites and Apartments, they are not available online. Please call or email us for available dates. If there is no availability for the room of your choice through our online booking system, please email us or call as we may still have rooms available.
All cancellations MUST be made in writing. If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival there will be no penalty.
Summer (low season): If the reservation is cancelled within 30-15 days of arrival, there will be a one night penalty.
Winter (high season): If the reservation is cancelled within 30-15 days of arrival, there will be a three night penalty.
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, there will be 100% penalty. Should you change the dates of your reservation within 30 days of your arrival our cancellation policy, as stated, will apply. Unused portions of packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. If Amex is used for payment and the reservation is cancelled a 4% fee will be deducted from the refund.
