Tom and Andy were a pleasure to work with. Everyone at the shop was helpful and friendly. You have a great team down there. I’m looking forward to diving with you guys again soon.

Wow, what a great trip!!!

Grand Cayman and Sunset House has all that a diver needs and wants. Great house reef, great staff, great dive op, etc. If you want the Ritz, stay at the Ritz, but if you want friendly, family, and fun, stay at Sunset House! We had a great second floor room that looked out onto the sea pool, what a view. The restaurant there is awesome, you can eat inside or out at "My Bar". The seafood is great but their chefs come from India so I truly can recommend the Indian dishes, and yes, we have been to India 3 times and their food at Sunset was just as good!!! good!!! BTW, conch fritters were excellent, fish sandwich, awesome and the Filet, was as could as you'll get. "My Bar" seems to be the hang out of the island, always busy and fun place to people watch. FWI, tips are included, if you want to give more that's up to you!

What can I say about Cathy Church and her staff, Wow. Not only do they teach you many things about photography but they make you feel like a human being at the same time, whatever your education or knowledge. I felt like I learned a lot this trip and can't wait to go back and take another course next year. "T", Kat, Herb, and Cathy are amazing and you won't believe how well their shop is stocked. More camera items than I have ever seen and the prices are duty free, yeah......

Our room had a king bed, queen bed, coffee maker, fridge, and hair dryer. The AC was great and so was the maid service. Water pressure was a bit low.

The house reef should be broken up into at three parts, shallow, midway, and wall. I personally love their house reef and once you learn it, it's very easy to navigate. Troy and I had a bit of a problem the first day. The tanks are smaller than we are used to, 72's, and we made the mistake of diving under first thing and going all the way out to the wreck. If you are going to go to the wreck, kick out on your back first and take your time, then drop down and enjoy the way in. The mermaid statue is awesome at 55' of water, I wonder how many millions of photos have been taken there? I was told this is a secret, but look for the jaw fish right near the statue, just a few feet deeper. You will also find the fish here very friendly, so if you take pics, you will love it.

Grand Cayman, You won our hearts, we will be back !!!

ps. If you didn't want to get up in the mornings to do the early dives, I think you would find plenty on the house reef. Also suggest you do stingray city at least once.

Sorry it took so long to get at this but we just wanted to say thanks. We had a great time and can guarantee , "we'll be back". The staff of sunset house is truly great. The diving is second to none and Mike thanks for your professional instruction which made my courses great. I look forward to returning soon to continue my upgrading. My wife enjoyed the sight and got a much needed break, and R&R.

Dear Mike,
Just a simple "Thank You" to you and your fine crew for the excellent customer service during the PADI Total Submersion event AND Margie's and my extended diving vacation post event. It was so wonderful to "reconnect" with the Sunset House and stay there again; I love this place!

On a personal note, thanks for the car loaner during our time off from diving. Allowing us to use your vehicle was much appreciated.

Mike, you have a fine crew working for you at the Dive Center; please thank them again for us. I was very impressed with your crew's professionalism, thoughtful manner and fun outlook. This is very hard for divemasters that work at a resort environment day-after-day.

I hope to run into you in the future, perhaps the 2009 Course Director Training Course. If I can assist you in anyway, let me know my friend.

This is the place to kick back, relax, snorkel, free dive or SCUBA. Stan and I had a wonderful time. The food, drinks were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful at any time of the day or night.
Love the ease of getting in the water. It was a perfect vacation. Will deffinetly do this again.

I had such a wonderful time this past week at Sunset House that my brain refuses to believe that my holiday is over!

Despite a very late return home last night, my internal alarm clock woke me up this morning at the crack of dawn as it is still conditioned to get me up in time to have breakfast and not be late for the boat. Alas, there is no boat for me to catch today.

Special thanks to Andy, Rob and Scott. I can't imagine a better crew both above and below the water. I think the only regret I have is that we couldn't have all three on the boat with us every day.

Just spent a week at Sunset House, and it was wonderful.

If you are looking for a SCUBA diving vacation, then this is the place. I stayed at the Westin last year -- a great resort, but not what I was looking for. I absolutely will be coming back to Sunset House again (hopefully soon).

The staff is great. Sam and Tom were the crew most of the days, and they did a great job. Jax, Scott, and Andy also went out with us on different days. Everyone was great -- I really had a fantastic time. Mike P., you've got a great crew working for you. Oh, it was always nice to see Kirsty at MyBar!

I HIGHLY recommend Sunset House if you are looking to SCUBA dive. If you are looking for a resort-style vacation, this probably isn't it.
