Items not included are Dive Shop Gratuities. (Starting the Summer of 2007, a $3.75 per night Energy Surcharge may be collected at the time of your stay)

All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. One night minimum deposit required within 7 days of booking (During Winter Season, three night minimum deposit). Additional for groups. Cancellations must be made 7 (21 for Winter) days prior to arrival, 45 days for groups or deposit will be forfeited. Reservations may not be shortened. No refunds or exchanges on unused portions. Rates are Per Person.

Full payment is due on reservations 30 days prior to arrival
